    Construction of the 2010 Olympic Village in Vancouver, as the City of Vancouver's consulting surveyors on the project Underhill provided services throughout the project

The City of Vancouver contracted Underhill as the consulting surveyors for the Village on False Creek—formerly known as the Olympic Village (for the Vancouver 2010 winter games athletes). Throughout the project, Underhill provided services to Bel Contracting, Acorn Manufacturing, Stantec Consulting Ltd., and Millennium Development Corporation.

This survey project included the following:
  • topographic surveying,
  • control surveys,
  • as-built surveys of utilities and building structures,
  • legal surveys for air space parcels, and
  • rights-of-way and strata property surveys.
