CopanMobile for Pocket PC
Copan for the Pocket PC is a very useful geomatics engineering tool for computing and managing plane land survey coordinates.
It does numerous COGO calculations, processes and adjusts field survey data, computes curve data, performs map checks, calculates areas and perimeters, performs coordinate transformations, imports/exports Ascii files, and has GPS positioning and navigation functions.
It supports quadrant and whole-circle bearings, and gons (or grads) as well as degrees-minutes-seconds.
Coordinates may be saved to the Pocket PC's memory card or to a removeable memory card. The Pocket PC coordinate files are directly compatible with the Windows version of Copan.
CopanMobile for Pocket PC — for Windows Mobile 5 and 6 — is available for download free of charge.
It cannot yet run on a smartphone (or any device that does not have a touch screen).
