How To Install CopanMobile for Palm
1. Request a software key
Request a software key from Copan Palm Key Request. A key file (COPANKEY.PDB) and eight character password will be e-mailed to you.
You should receive them within a few minutes.

2. Download the .prc file
DownloadCopan.prc file from
Download Copan Palm PRC.
If your download tool happens to strip off the ".prc" extension from the
Copan.prc filename, be sure to add it back before you use it.
(You may need to change the "show file extensions" setting in your folder browser.)
3. Place the .prc file on your Palm computer
Copy the .prc file to your Palm. You can use palmOne Quick Install to link the Palm to your Internet connected computer and then copy the file to your Palm. Quick Install can also be found on the Palm Desktop program.
4. Copy the key file to your Palm
Save the software key file,COPANKEY.PDB, that was emailed to you, to your Palm using Quick Install.

5. Activate CopanMobile
The first time CopanMobile is run, you will be presented with a Disclaimer which you must accept in order to activate Copan. When requested, enter the eight character password that was included in the email that contained the key file. If activation is successful, you will have access to all the software functions.
