CopanMobile for Palm
Copan for the Palm is a very useful geomatics engineering tool for computing and managing plane land survey coordinates.
It does numerous COGO calculations, processes and adjusts field survey data, computes curve data, performs map checks, calculates areas and perimeters, performs coordinate transformations, imports/exports Ascii files, and has GPS positioning and navigation functions.
It supports quadrant and whole-circle bearings, and gons (or grads) as well as degrees-minutes-seconds.
Coordinates may be saved to the Palm's memory card or to a removeable memory card. The Palm coordinate files are directly compatible with the Windows version of Copan.
CopanMobile for Palm is available for download free of charge.
CopanMobile for Palm can also be run in Nokia N-Series Tablets (N770, N800, N810) using the Access Garnet Virtual Machine, without some functionality (e.g, GPS).
