You enter the lot boundaries as bearings (whole-circle or quadrant) and distances, and it lists the coordinates of each corner, computes the misclosure, precision and area, and makes a graphic plot. The parcel boundary may even include curves, if you know the bearings of the radial lines. See sample calculation.
